At Arbha Accessories, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn.
• The item must be in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Earrings
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as non-returnable

We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item received is faulty
• The wrong item was supplied
• The item was damaged during transit

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Faulty OR Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it must be returned in accordance with this Returns & Refunds Policy.
